Brevity and AI
In my work I've come across more presentations whose slides were clearly written, partially or completely, by AI. I don't necessarily have a problem with using AI in this capacity when used responsibly. What I do have a problem with is how busy they always seem to be when used irresponsibly.
Just because you can have a bunch of diagrams, colors, and flowcharts in your presentation doesn't mean that you should. PowerPoint presentations have been around for a long time now, and there have been tomes written about what makes good presentations good. AI doesn't change any of that. You may be able to produce presentable information much more easily than you could before, but extraneous information is still just as distracting to human audiences as it was before.
Please, simplify your slides!
